Do you offer non-obligatory quotes?

Can I request a remote consultation?

Yes. All our initial client assessments start with an online free-of-charge consultancy session. During this session we do our best to understand your needs and come up with the right solution for your requirements. We work with clients across the UK and internationally via video call.

What is your lead time to start a project?

Every project is unique and depends on scope and complexity. That said, we aim to kick off every project within 7 to 10 days of receiving the order. Sometimes even the same day. Delivery timelines can be extended or shortened to suit your needs.
What if I do not like the proposed design?

Completely normal. Before we produce any interface, we carry out detailed due diligence with the client to understand their expectations, preferences, colours and style. If the first draft still is not right, we revise it. We keep going until you are fully satisfied with the final product. We do not force anyone to accept something they are not happy with.
Do you build everything from scratch?

Yes. Every platform, website and system we build is bespoke. We do not use off-the-shelf templates or white-label software. Your solution is designed and built specifically around your business, your customers and your operation.
How involved do I need to be during the project?

As involved as you want to be. We work best when clients are engaged, but we are also very comfortable taking a detailed brief and running with it. We will keep you updated at key stages and always ask before making significant decisions. You will never feel out of the loop.
